Ineffective products and terrible customer service
Ineffective products and terrible customer service. I would have given less than a 1 star rating, but this is the lowest possible rating option. During my first 3 months I messaged requesting a dosage increase because I wasn't seeing results and received no response/no check-in throughout the 3 month period. I decided to try one more 3 month supply as I was told they would be better at checking in and responding, but when I received the medication it was warm (the ice packs were completely melted and warm) because the shipment took over 3 days to get to me. Since receiving the compromised shipment, I have been asking for either a refund or a new supply to be shipped with no resolution to the problem after over a week and a ridiculous amount of messages. I am being told they cannot refund my money because the order was already place and shipped which makes absolutely no sense. I even said I would send the compromised medication back as I'm not willing to take it since it was compromised in shipment, but keep getting the same response that a refund ia not possible and they are consulting with the pharmaceutical company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
