NEVER AGAIN!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered hair from QVR and after about two weeks of wearing it was matted and started to lock up. My stylist had to cut it out off of my head. We took pictures and videos. I emailed customer service and requested a full refund. They refused and offered on a refund for the unused hair and $20 for my inconvenience . I'm still waiting for a return label to be sent to me. I have contacted American Express since that is the card I used for the purchase.
