I’m a master stylist and have many clients. I started using QVR this summer. Many clients wanted to try Miracle knots Burmese feather hair. They are deplorable with shipping. I ordered hair for myself and clients, two weeks and more. Basic cold like dark brown and cold 4 brown take forever. Colors 4/27 take two weeks as well. The light colors get matty and need constant care. I showed my clients how to care for the hair and they do “ok” with it but it takes a lot. Bundles are so-so in depth. Recently, two weeks ago I ordered chocolate brown. Still says “processing” and not shipped. I will never order from them again. I have had it. Oh, by the way, it’s on Tik Tok shop and not entirely human hair. There is better hair out there. Try Elphin hair, ships out in 24 hours. I ordered chocolate brown Saturday, shipped 24 hours later. Tracking says Tuesday! Elfin Hair will Tell you if hair is in stock when you order. They send updates as well. Quantities are full and authentic.

Disappointed With Product Quality and…

Disappointed With Product Quality and Customer Service I am very disappointed with my experience with QVR. I purchased hair that was advertised as 100% human hair, but unfortunately, the quality of the hair I received was not what I expected. The product did not meet my expectations, and I am unable to use the hair for the style I purchased it for. The day I received the hair, I immediately contacted the company by email to request a refund. The hair has not been used, altered, or installed and remains in its original packaging. I have continued emailing the company every day regarding my refund, but I have received no response. I have also attempted to use the online chat, but the company is never available. I understand that issues can happen with products, but what is most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer service. I should not have to repeatedly contact a company just to receive a response regarding a refund for an unused product. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and concerned that I may have lost my money. I hope QVR will address this situation, respond to my refund request, and provide better customer service to customers in the future. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company or this product.

qvr hair is great. I have ordered 3 separate Crochet hair types and they all have been great. I have also had a great experience with the customer service team. I highly recommend the qvr hair brand and will continue to be a loyal customer!

The quality of the hair is amazing. Being a salt and pepper woman I love that the blend is even from top to bottom and beautiful. I love the hair

Horrible product

First it all it took a month to get here and second and the most important part of this is the quality of the product was horrible looks like I got a synthetic Jeri curl wig so whoever is on here lying about these products needs to stop will never again

I love this hair for my clients’ microloc/microtwist extension installs. It comes pre stretched, so not super shrunken/short pieces like some other versions. I suggest for any style where you want to add length as well, and not just fullness. It lifts and colors well too!

I did miracle braids on my daughter

I did miracle braids on my daughter. Her hair was pretty the 1st week, and I didn't apply any product. After a week, it was matted and tangled. I added water with a little conditioner, and that made it worse. It is not worth the money. Never again

Had a mishap with the shipping company

Had a mishap with the shipping company however customer service worked quickly to assist. Finally received package and the 4/30 color is very pretty, hair seems to be good quality. Can’t wait to install

My order never delivered

My order never delivered. Upon tracking my order it stated it has made it to the Houston USPS Distribution Center North and would be on the way but never showed a delivery. When I reached out to the company they said it delivered on a certain date so I went back to the tracking details and all of a sudden it was no longer available and I’m sure because I asked for a refund or the item I ordered. I ordered previously and did receive the hair but it took so long until I just assumed they were slow with delivery. I won’t recommend ordering from qvr. I paid 170 for one bundle to never receive it and then for them to use deceptive practices instead of rectifying the matter.
