Disappointed With Product Quality and Customer Service I am very disappointed with my experience with QVR. I purchased hair that was advertised as 100% human hair, but unfortunately, the quality of the hair I received was not what I expected. The product did not meet my expectations, and I am unable to use the hair for the style I purchased it for. The day I received the hair, I immediately contacted the company by email to request a refund. The hair has not been used, altered, or installed and remains in its original packaging. I have continued emailing the company every day regarding my refund, but I have received no response. I have also attempted to use the online chat, but the company is never available. I understand that issues can happen with products, but what is most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer service. I should not have to repeatedly contact a company just to receive a response regarding a refund for an unused product. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and concerned that I may have lost my money. I hope QVR will address this situation, respond to my refund request, and provide better customer service to customers in the future. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company or this product.
