Just a big run-around
Received laser, easy set up and worked immediately... yay... thus ends the good part. within a few days it stopped working. I contacted support, they said they wanted a video and then didn't respond until the next day. Then they told me new video... and another day... then they told me to try what I said I had already done... I have no idea where it ends, but I contacted a lawyer today to actually resolve things In the end, I took the loss. Sovol3d can go to Hades. P.S. Using an A.I. to respond (literal years later) does nothing positive for your credibility.
