Am a regular customer who recently bought a dress that is clearly marked washable. Followed directions to tee(a summer dress I bought in May and had to wait for warmer weather to wear it) and the whole dress is falling apart. A smart-mouthed 'customer rep' emails that items must be returned, unworn and with tags to be considered. Can we spell 'scam?' The dress was sold as 'washable'and clearly was not. Sent pictures if all the seams letting loose and get the boiler plate answer that 'too bad'for you. Attempts tomtalk to a super isor have fIled despite repeated emails and calls. Do not buy from this company.
