The devices are solid until you have a problem, support is unreliable, slow and unhelpful. My device, a tbox uhd, stopped working after 5 months, contacted support and after a couple of weeks finally got it working again, after another 6 months it stop responding again, this time it took me over a month to get proper support. Now, 4 months later, its paperweight again.
