Good Product, Terrible Customer Service
There is a lot of competition in sun-protection clothing. The differentiator for me in buying online is how they handle returns and exchanges. Basic customer support for an online company. Beneunder publishes one policy, then it's a bait & switch when I needed to return or exchange. They changed their tune to a consumer's disadvantage. 6 weeks after receiving my pants (too small), I am still waiting for my exchanged size medium. Quote from their email today: "At the moment, our warehouse team has not yet confirmed whether they have received your item. We kindly ask for your patience. Once we verify that the item is in good condition, we will proceed. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us." Worthless, ambiguous, slow and missing the mark on basic customer service. I will not purchase from them again.
