I accidentally booked the wrong nights…
I accidentally booked the wrong nights for my upcoming summer holiday. I rang through to the call centre expecting a long wait, but the phone was the answered straight away by Theo Slavic. He was very helpful and was able to resolve the problem whilst I waited for a few minutes. He allowed me to confirm the cancellation email had arrived. Theo was very helpful undoing my mistake.
