Poor Customer Service and lack of communication
I was scheduled for a mowing on 8/26/26. That evening I just happened to notice on the app that my appointment was canceled with no email or text. I called the number and you can't talk to anyone. You get transferred to voice mail but not before having to listen to some annoying singing about the company and they obviously haven't updated the greeting because it indicates that it's winter. In all I left 4 voice mails with no response. I texted and got one response but none after that with an update. I tried Chat for 2 day and it says someone will be with you in 4 minutes, that didn't happen. I did get a response by email that I would be updated but when I asked further questions there was no response. Late on 8/27/26 I got an email that they were trying to reschedule. At this point I just wanted to cancel but you have to be able to get hold of someone to do that. I texted a number that I found and finally got it canceled after 2 day of frustration and lack of communication
