这绝对是我合作过最无能的公司。以下是我为一处投资房产安排定期割草的时间线： 5/7：下单每10天割一次草。 5/12：首次割草完成（他们第一次割草额外收费，叫maintenance mow）。 5/13-5/29：没有割草，没有沟通，我多次跟进才让他们再来割。 5/30：终于割了草（远超10天的间隔，完全是我跟进的结果）。 5/30 - 7/2：完全没有割草，PLowz & Mowz没有任何沟通。最终在30多天没割草后直接取消了服务。 体验极差。找不到任何电话号码，留了几个语音信箱都没人回。唯一的沟通方式就是app里的AI bot，好不容易转到真人，也没用。两个月的不断跟进，没有任何有意义的反馈。"We're continuing to try and secure a provider." 就这句。 我签了10天一次的定期割草，以为他们能按承诺提供服务。结果却是两个月跟AI bot打交道，没人能真正帮我，或者干脆告诉我他们做不了，而不是吊着我两个月。 最后一点，最能体现这公司的嘴脸：他们提出在找到provider后给我割草打8折。他们逾期20天没提供服务，就这回应？ 这公司太烂了，强烈建议考虑他们服务的人另找别家。1星都是抬举他们。

No one showed up, at all. Needed my lawn to be mowed, so I placed an order. The first time I waited a couple days and no one showed up. I canceled because no one did and did it myself. The second time I tried to do it again and no one showed up, I waited a WEEK. The third time I ordered it, sun was shining, no rain in the forecast. I messaged customer service and they replied “your provider is having issues with their vehicle and will get it first thing tomorrow morning” you could of told me that before Don’t use this company

Horrible. Repeated horrible experiences. You would have thought I learned after the first three times of them not be able to deliver a service. Most recent - I placed an order May 1st for a mow. My job was assigned with one two hours to be completed by May 3rd. It was not completed. I messaged on May 6th. They said they would check on it. Heard nothing. I messaged again on May 8th. They responded that someone will be out May 9th. No one showed up May 9th. They respond to my message on May 10th saying the will reach out for ETA. I shared that I need it done by the 13th because I have family coming in town and outside activities in the yard planned. They responded that they will find someone “ASAP.” I hadn’t heard back. I reached out again May 11th in the afternoon. They said that they see it’s been assigned and they will check ETA the next day. I shared with them my frustration and reminded the due day. After all, it’s already been 11 days and no one follows up until I reach out and the response is simply.. I’ll check. On May 12th when I checked in they said that the partner responded May 11th that they would be there the afternoon of the 12th. I waited until 5pm. No one. I messaged again. Due date is the following day. They messaged that “it looks like the partner lives the job to tomorrow (13th). I said ok but can you confirm they will be here by noon then. They responded back confirming that. Wellll the 13th came. Again no one. They responded saying they will find someone else. We are on the third reassignment now. They stopped responding to me. I saw it said someone was assigned at about 5pm. I asked for time. No response. At 8pm I told them to cancel. I ended up using Angie’s list and got a great company that called me directly to talk and was able to do first thing in the morning. They showed up. Did great job. Never again will I use PLOWZ and MOWZ for anything!!! 100% unreliable. Looks like from the reviews that they don’t pay the guys timely either - so I guess why would anyone care if they didn’t show up to their assignments. Ugh!

我的经历和其他所有供应商/承包商都一样，2025年12月7日干完的活到现在还没拿到钱，已经120多天还在继续，还是那套老借口。以前这家公司是个很棒的工作对象，以前48小时内就能收到款，现在简直是个笑话。我以前不喜欢从他们那儿抢活，但现在我会了，因为我干了活却没拿到钱。别用这家公司。我之前一直纳闷为什么今年有很多活在app上挂了好几天，以前活甚至撑不过20秒就被人接走了。大家都变聪明了，因为芝加哥地区没人拿到钱。
This company does not pay do not do work for them. I completed my first job on 1/25 and haven’t received the $80 they owe me I was told I would probablybe paid much sooner but at the latest it would be the week of 3/16. As of today 3/20, I still haven’t received the money. I just contacted their “customer service” and here’s their response Hi Jennifer, I do apologize that hasn't arrived yet. We can let the team know and have them check this for you - At this time there is a wait due to a high volume of outreach stemming from end of year bookkeeping, tax season, and general provider inquiries. If you don't mind verifying the last 4 of the checking account, it may help speed things up in case they have questions so we can get you an answer faster. They get paid from the customer immediately But can’t afford to send me $80??? SCAM I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I signed up.

They don't pay their contractors. They claim its net 30. Then at 30 days it's "oh we meant 30 business days". Then after 2 months and them fake sending an ach its "we are reviewing your payments" for weeks and weeks. Arguing with you and never paying. I'm owed many thousands of $$$. I contact support every day and get told I need to keep waiting so they can review some mystical something before they pay me for work we did in DECEMBER!!!
