Money deducted no ticket generated
Booking fund deducted but cannot generate ticket out. This technical glitch happened since January 2018 till now May 2018. Every 3 bookings 1 time got hit. The reply said customer service will call but actually will not call. I found out that I have a few times deduction go undetected.
