Cannot Trust Information
Do not order anything from Best Buy. I wish I read their Trust Pilot reviews first. Although it was easy to purchase online from Best Buy, they should not be promising a delivery date they could not fulfill. I purchased a pc yesterday and the agent guaranteed it will be delivered today. They use Ontrac delivery. I had been tracking the item. The delivery date changed from overnight to 3 days. How can I trust the information Best Buy gives me?
