Honestly very disappointed with M1. I was overseas for two weeks and DID NOT use M1 roaming at all — I was on another eSIM the entire time. Yet I was still charged Daily Passport on four different days. This makes no sense. If I was really “using” roaming, why only charge me on random days and not the full trip? Clearly something is wrong with how their system auto-triggers charges.
