Great customer service rep
The customer service rep was really great - friendly, professional, had the information I needed. Negative was the phone connection was really bad and made it difficult to hear and was more cognitively exhausting than it needed to be because of that. Since I made a call right after to someone else and the connection was fine I’m assuming the problem was on their side
