Fake Bookings. Unprofessional Staff
\Never Book any trip with redBus! This is regarding ticket no. PL6611064741. My parents traveled from Bangalore to Tirupati and they have faced a lot of problems. When they reached there was no cab from the hotel to pick them up. As per my conversation with REDBUS team the hotel people were supposed to pick them up. Next, When they reached hotel they were not allotted a room because the hotel SLV Grand said that they dont have any confirmation. After an hour and few arguments they were allotted a room. On the confirmation email it was written that darshan ticket would be issued 4 hours before departure but it never arrived! My parents went all the way to tirupati and they could not go in. I continuously contacted the support team but all I got was "we will get back to you". After talking to locals a lot of people who booked from your website discovered that VIP darshan tickets are booked for a month! How can you commit wrong things and play with sentiments of customers? RedBus is a team of fraud people and dont have any understanding of the emotions that customers have when they visit pilgrimages. My parents in their 60s have faced a lot of trouble. Just for the sake of money fooling customers is not good.
