Absolute scam of a company. We booked a trip in May as we had a few issues with a previous hotel, so looking online we found one available that looked nice via Hotels.com / Expedia, however when we arrived the hotel again was not as described, was dirty and had a horrible unpleasant smell. I've since raised a dispute as we did not stay for the full length of our stay and actually vacated the hotel the same day we checked in. I've now just had a response from my card provider which shows Hotels.com / Experdia clearly lying on their dispute response saying we actually stayed for the full length of our stay which is incorrect. They also have a non refundable policy, so DO NOT book any hotels through this scam company. I will also be sharing this review on every other platform possible that advertises hotels.com / Expedia's services. Just FYI they are also part of Hotels.com
