Excellence
Shelley was my customer service staff person. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and made you feel that you were the most important person she would talk with today. Having dealt with literally hundreds of service people, I can say without reservation that Shelley is the very best customer representative with whom I have ever interacted.
