Extremely poor customer service… my last several boxes have not been packed well and have had multiple missing ingredients in each box abd also had missing recipe cards! The service has gone downhill streaming bad and their excuses that we have a higher volume of people calling us. I just think that it’s gone downhill and they’re not anywhere near they used to be. I’m contemplating changing to a different service because they’re so bad lately.?
