I'm shocked seeing these comments about customer service! I have never had issues with anyone who I have ever came in contact with. As a matter of fact, everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. As far as the products, I tried the toothpaste and liked it, but didn't love it. I like the gold pen serum with the light, but next I'll be trying the overnight whitening!
