Custom made dress
Custom made dress? Dont bother! I recently ordered a dress with my specific measurements and it came really quickly, too quick! It’s as though the dress has been thrown together. The sleeves are not lined as they should be, only an open lace sleeve and when on, the back zip is not central. The bodice length sits high on the waist when it should lie on the hip-line. I knew it was a gamble and unfortunately it didn’t pay off. £200 wasted! It’s ok saying you can’t return a dress that’s custom made but when the quality is so poor a full refund should be made. I have never been so disappointed. My size is very much a 10 by their figures but my waist is 31” as opposed to 27.5”, so not really much in it. Based on this I don’t understand why the dress is such a disaster! All in all very shabby workmanship for the prices charged! Update 19/02/24 I have contacted JJHouse confirming my disappointment as requested by themselves and sent photos to support my review.
