Is this a survey, or a review??? Confusing.
I use coupons often. Frequently something goes wrong. I suspect it is people who fiddle with scheduling...setting one time, and before confirming, doing it again and again. Sometimes, clearing cookies and history works, or using a different browser. I wish there was some mechanism incorporated to avoid this. I suspect I loose a good deal of business from this.
