I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Altitude Sports. They sent me the wrong item, and instead of taking responsibility or offering a meaningful solution, they simply told me the correct item was out of stock. That was it—no real attempt to rectify the mistake they made. After the inconvenience, wasted time, and back-and-forth communication, the only compensation offered was $25 in expirable store credits. That doesn’t come close to addressing the frustration of receiving the wrong product in the first place. To make things worse, they require the item to be returned and received before issuing a refund, even though the error was entirely theirs. I had to escalate the situation myself and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Overall, I felt dismissed and unsupported as a customer. If this is how Altitude Sports handles their own shipping mistakes, I can’t see myself ordering from them again. Very disappointing experience.
