Mayraki - Unreliable (possibly a scam)
I placed an order for the anti-grey treatment in June and still haven't received my order after 3 weeks. Order number - 10190224. The product has not yet been shipped, therefore no tracking details. I have lost confidence and am starting to believe that this is a complete scam. I also contacted the customer care for a refund as I no longer need the product due to the delay in processing. But no response. This is not the kind of service you would expect. If I had a chance, I would have rated it zero stars. I regret giving even one star. Update 17.07.2026 In my experience, I felt that Mayraki are no longer reliable at delivering purchases. But they seem to only have people to respond to reviews. I haven't even received my refund yet. All, please be cautious. I sincerely hope you read this review before deciding to purchase Mayraki products.
