Avoid. They do not fulfil their responsibilites when things go wrong
The printer worked for a few months. Then prints began to go wrong. There is no support in England to fix faults. Instead they expect you to fix them. Which does not comply with consumer rights here in the UK Customer service is inconsistant, unhelpful, and repeated ignored requests and sent out replacment parts that weren't part of the issue. They refused to replace or refund. I would recommend avoiding Creality completely
