Unethical business, doesn't provide good service and provides faulty products
First order, I received the phone. However the phone wouldn't charge or power on. The phone is actually faulty and they sent it to me. Sending me a product that doesn't even work. So I emailed support and after 3 or 5 emails later they said they accept my claim for warranty and gave me credit to buy again. When they gave me credit they didn't give me shopping fees back. They said they would after I made the order. However I've yet to see this shipping fee reimbursed. So anyway the second phone finally arrived. It powers on. Now after only one day of use, the battery life was extremely poor. The specs say this phone can be on standby for 10 days. And also 12 hours of phone use on full charge. Well on full charge from the morning before work at 6am, and by 3pm the phone was out of battery. I wasn't even using the phone while working. It was on standby! Yes I've checked what apps are using power and the phone basically just drains like crazy. On standby it will go to 0 within 4-5 hours. I can only assume based on my experience that etoren sells faulty products to their customers. Also not to mention I had alot of frustrations when communicating with customer support. They actually chose to fight with me when I asked why they take 5 days to reply to my email. Literally 5 days until I kept pinging them to kindly reply to my emails. Overall I haven't had anything good to say about this company. I should have bought from a more reputable business. I went to etoren looking to bargain phones. It's been a big mistake. I don't think me emailing them will solve these issues. So for anyone out there wanting to buy from etoren, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. DO NOT trust this company. ---in response to their correspondence is written below on 02/10/20 Well the response came a year and a half later. I can definitely see the commitment to reply 'quickly'. If it takes more than a year to reply to a customer and you call it good customer service then I say GOOD LUCK. I already resolved this on my own, no thanks to you etorren. Etorren, you did not contribute to me resolving this. I resolved this ON MY OWN. I had to go out of my way to contact PayPal to get a chargeback. I got the chargeback and I have since bought another phone from another company and til this day that phone I bought has been an extremely satisfying purchase. So etorren, if you think you are replying to responses so the public can see you do 'good deeds', then I'm here to report what you people are fake. Sent me a product that doesn't work. Ok I try to contact you...no response. So I called eventually had to get the chargeback. Throughout the entire ordeal, etorren NEVER came to the table to resolve it. Coming back to the table a year and a half later is beyond unacceptable. Again, to everyone out there. DONT BUY FROM ETORREN. ---in response to their correspondence is written below on 21/12/20 Well it doesn't matter how long you have been in business. I don't sense that there is any sense if wanting to assist with my enquiries. As I've said above, I had to contact PayPal all because etorren was unwilling to help me. It is not only more than 24 hours or 48 hours, it is actually no reply to my knowledge. That was how frustrated I was. If you are a reseller then you should be getting your supplies with higher quality and source from a different supplier if it is faulty. Maybe you should complain to your supplier on why they supply terrible products. You as the reseller should be assisting me and be willing to help. I definitely had no sense of that wanting to help me. Me going to PayPal was the last resort. You should understand in business that not only you lose a customer, you also get this 1 star complaint that the entire www will see. So let this be a lesson for etorren to improve dramatically. If I'm happy I'll leave 5 star. If I'm extremely unhappy I'll leave 1 star. It's simple. If you treat your customers well, they will repay you with loyalty and 5 stars.
