Good customer support
Im pretty fussy. Had some concerns about the frame (an s3), but customer support was good (once i was able to explain my concerns) and assisted with the issues. Email replies were always within 24 hours. Support staff's English was great (I'm assuming they were Chinese, which is where the company is based).
