I've bought several devices from them already. Everything worked well. The devices are top quality, the build quality is very good and the customer support is very good. If you need to reach out to them, you can do so either by mail or by Facebook. They respond usually within 1 day, although you need to keep in mind, that they are a Chinese company with Chinese holidays. Complaining about no respond during their 2 week national holiday makes no sense. Customer support is the best in the industry, compared to other companies. They are generous and try to solve every issue as fast as possible.
