I already own four Sculpfun machines and three of their accessories, and everything has been perfect so far; even my first machine is still running without issues after four years. It is definitely an excellent brand with high-quality products. Their team and technical support are fantastic—they are always willing to help and respond very quickly to address any questions or concerns.
Sculpfun engravers are great machines
Sculpfun engravers are great machines. I currently have three Sculpfun machines and have owned three others in the past. They are coming out with new engravers with new features, including UV and IR. Their customer support is great, and they also have a large following on Facebook. The FaceBook group is great because you can ask questions and show off your projects. I would definitely recommend their engravers.

Fun with Sculpfun
I had my first laser experience from a Sculpfun machine. It was very much easy to setup (S30 Pro 10w) and did many projects with it. Now I have two more Sculpfun lasers I am working on projects. I would love to have the most latest machines they have if there will be a chance. And yes the support and community are awesome!

I have 4 Sculpfun Lasers. S30 pro, S30 pro upgraded to the 22 watt ultra module with XY extensions, the C1 and the E1 fully enclosed dual lasers (3W IR 21W diode) I began laser engraving and cutting with a completely different brand . Sculpfuns linear rails on their machines are game changers. The precision for multiple passes , batch jobs is outstanding!! I am fortunate to have 2 of these…
I am fortunate to have 2 of these machines, and S9 and an S30 and I have the extension bed for the S30 and I was also fortunate to be able to buy the rotary rollers too. Both of these machines have never disappointed in their performance or reliability. Both machines are used in conjunction with lightburn and I love it all. The more I experiment the more I learn, the more I learn the more sculpfun products I want to buy. I want to fill my shed with sculpfun lasers (and I have a big shed). I know there are limits as to what each machine can and cannot cut or engrave but thats part of the fun, that's where upgrades come in. In my opinion these machines are far more reliable than the more eXpensive machines and far more economical. Imagination is the only limit. My next purchase, once I've saved enough is the IR laser head. I highly recommend Sculpfun and Lightburn. Keep up the good work.
AVOID THIS SELLER – Defective product and awful support
I purchased a laser machine that turned out to be defective from day one (hardware instability and a major optical defect). When I reported the issues, the customer support team (if you can call it that...) was absolutely appalling. They ignored technical evidence, repeatedly blamed me for "settings errors" despite strictly following their own parameters (they never looked at the footage prooving their settings were used) and tried to stall the warranty process for weeks. Even after they finally agreed to a return and the machine was delivered to their warehouse, it took a formal threat of a banking chargeback for them to finally process my refund. I have owned multiple laser machines in the past and have never dealt with such unprofessional, deceitful service. Save yourself the stress, the time and the headache: take your business elsewhere !
Very quick response
I Have a Sculpfun S9 and the laser was after a few weeks not working anymore. After a mail to them I had a response after 15 minutes. They send me a new laserhead within one week.
Almost one year ago (June 2025)
Almost one year ago (June 2025), I paid for an order that was never properly resolved. Despite sending payment proof multiple times, I was told the money was not received. My payment provider later confirmed the funds were transferred to Sculpfun. The refund has still not been issued. I have opened a formal dispute and taken legal action. I should not have to chase a company for nearly a year to recover my own money.

Sent email on a Thursday during working hours that I wish to Return the item (unused) within the statutory 14 days Right of Return in the EU. Now it’s Saturday Night and I Still have not heard back where to Return it to.

Overpriced, No English Support, Horrible Customer Service: NOT RECOMMENDED Air pump doesn't work, and it's been a month since I've been trying to get service on the inoperable machine! The post looked like it was going to come from a company which understands English and will support their product; but, I was SADLY mistaken. It's just mislabeled, set up to mislead customers, and create false advertising and false security. UPDATE: AFTER TWO YEARS OF TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY SINCE I PURCHASED THE UNIT, THEY IGNORED THE FACT THAT I SENT THEM EMAILS AND ARE NOW SAYING IT'S "OUT OF WARRANTY." WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
