AVOID THIS SELLER – Defective product and awful support
I purchased a laser machine that turned out to be defective from day one (hardware instability and a major optical defect). When I reported the issues, the customer support team (if you can call it that...) was absolutely appalling. They ignored technical evidence, repeatedly blamed me for "settings errors" despite strictly following their own parameters (they never looked at the footage prooving their settings were used) and tried to stall the warranty process for weeks. Even after they finally agreed to a return and the machine was delivered to their warehouse, it took a formal threat of a banking chargeback for them to finally process my refund. I have owned multiple laser machines in the past and have never dealt with such unprofessional, deceitful service. Save yourself the stress, the time and the headache: take your business elsewhere !
