Hopeless staff, customer service, app, and website
Booked a flight transiting in Delhi. Indigo claimed they'd told me earlier one leg of the flight had been cancelled and that in fact they no longer even operated that route. However neither their website nor app reflected the cancellation. Staff at the airport were completely unhelpful and uncaring and left me stranded to book a much more expensive last minute replacement. It's taken dozens of emails and calls to get a refund. Even if this is the cheapest option, avoid.
