They are a scam.
They are a scam. I ordered shoes, but they were a bit narrow in fit, so I returned them using Australia Post as per their instructions. I received confirmation from Australia Post that the shoes were delivered back to them. I waited for a week but received no update, so I raised a case with PayPal and also contacted the company directly. At first, they replied asking me to drop the PayPal case and said they would look into the refund, which could take a few weeks. I waited four weeks, and then they replied saying that I had sent the wrong item and that they couldn’t process the refund unless I returned the correct item. Seriously, this is a scam. People, please stay away from them. Luckily, I didn’t buy anything too expensive. I usually shop from Cettire and Farfetch and have never had any issues with them.
