Refund of funds
1Oultets informed me that the merchant was unable to supply the item and they offered two options: to buy an item from another merchant for a bit higher price or cancel the order and get full refund. I have chosen to get the funds back and received full funds back in couple of days. I was sad because I didn't receive my product but the customer service was nice and fair and refunded the complete amount.
