Too heavy and awful scent
I didn't like a single product I ordered. I got 10 different items and disliked the scent of them all and the consistency. The products are all way too heavy. Left my skin feeling dirty and tacky. I typically love the scent of natural skincare as it has more of an herbal fragrance. These were all way too floral, almost like old lady perfume! Just awful! And of course returns aren't free. So now I am out money to have no products. Will not be ordering from this company again!

Bad customer service
I have been trying to find a new company to buy htv from. Thought this was going to be it. Vinyl was cheap and came quick. However I had issues with two of the htvs I received not weeding right and basically flaking and the clear transfer film was even stained the color of the vinyl. As if they had been sitting for a long time and are old. Then I noticed one of the colors wasn't the color I ordered. I checked the packaging and sure enough it says sky blue and I ordered light blue which looked like a bright turquoise. I sent photos of the vinyl I got and the sku. And you can clearly see the color is wrong and that the sku even says sky blue. But their response is the sku is the correct number. Well, someone must have messed up the sku numbers then, which no biggie, people make mistakes. But instead of owning up to it and correcting said mistake they are doing nothing for me. I would have still continued to order from this company if they would just take care of the errors in my order, but since they won't I will just dispute the charge on my card and order elsewhere.
