I wish I had done more research too! 2 emails and the onsite message Live Help no response. Battery does not work; no return address; no communication. Leaving a negative review on Trustpilot seemed to get a response. They then sent me an email. They refunded me quickly and said I could keep the battery, which given it doesn't work was not a particuarly generous gesture. I am pretty sure this is one of those websites which you assume is based in the UK, but the goods are sent from China. It had a Verisign authentification badge to claim you are safe which I am now of the opinion is fake. They have copied the logo but are not a SECURE Website.. And this is the proof of what you can expect. Fake security and unusable products..
