Outstanding
I wish to express the outstanding service and professionalism of Jake Mason from Asda Barnsley. I have never been treated and looked after so well in an optician appointment. The time and care he takes on explaining everything and how thorough he is wonderful. I first met Jake a couple of weeks ago for my initial appointment and straight away he was so professional and kind, he listened to me and talked me through everything so clearly and there was no pressure or judgement ( if you know what I mean ) on any questions I had. I’ve had my second appointment today and again he was outstanding. I’m looking forward to my follow up appointment with him in three weeks.
