Scooter broke after about 8 weeks…
Scooter broke after about 8 weeks wouldn’t power on. Brought directly from their website. I have been in contact with them and they refused a refund even after providing proof of the scooter not powering on. They constantly keep trying to send me small parts to fit myself which I have no idea how to fit. Once I fit the parts the scooter still doesn’t work. Today I will be sending them a video of a multi meter test and if a new battery or scooter isn’t provided I will be taking the matter further with the ombudsman. £480 wasted on a product which does not work
