This company is fantastic!!
When I first received my earrings, I was having trouble getting them into the existing holes in my earlobes. I emailed Customer Service to let them know how happy I was to receive my beautiful earrings and included the issue I was having. Within 2 hours I had a reply from Dianne with some easy-to-follow suggestions on how to get the insertion correct. When I wrote back with my thanks, I received a very fast reply from Jessica with a link to an insertion and adjustment video which did the trick! I was able to get the earring into my ears! They look just as beautiful & sparkly as I first saw them online. I can't say enough about the gorgeous items, but more importantly, the EXCELLENT quality & caring Customer Service these ladies have provided.
