I think each restaurant depends upon the staff - people are very important and if you want a great dining experience with tasty food, beautiful atmosphere and great old fashioned customer service go to Exeter Bella Italia. Been going for the last 3 years since my daughter has been at Uni and we love it. I love eating out in an environment which makes you happy.
