Avoid Rotimatic
Avoid Rotimatic. I ordered in January and paid extra for one-month delivery, but the machine wasn’t delivered until March. It stopped working in April after only a few weeks of use. I was promised a replacement part within two weeks. It’s now July, and despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has arrived. No updates, no accountability, and no resolution. Terrible product quality and absolutely pathetic customer service. Once they have your money, they simply don’t care. I still have a useless machine and no idea if or when it will ever be fixed.
