8900 phone screen freeze and crash
Bought the 8900 phone, this is my third phone I also have the smart watch. Phone crashes 8-12 times per day, screen freezes then restarts. Customer service has been TERRIBLE! same generic replies every time makes me think I'm communicating with a bad chat bot. No interest at all in looking after customers with faulty products, so sad, I used to recommend them to everyone (that's until I had to deal with them directly) Will never buy their products again and will warn everyone I can just how terrible they are.
