Like many reviews of Renew I would give no stars for this company. Nearly 8 months ago my Mothers house had 2 serious leaks, we insure with Aviva who past us on to Renew for the carpets as we had decided to go with the insurers rather than arranging it ourselves. We still have no carpets. My Mom is 88 with dementia and is still without carpets in 2 bathrooms and the Dining room which is very upsetting for her and the carers who are having to live through this shambles. Renew failed to tell me that the carpet fitters would not take up the old carpet before fitting the carpets or move furniture so I have had to pay for that. I was then told Renew couldn't find a carpet fitter. When a carpet fitter finely became available 2 carpets are ready to be fitted but there is a problem with the 3rd carpet at the manufacturers and no-one seems to be able to tell me when this is going to be resolved. Complete shambles from start and the finish is nowhere insight. 22/07/2024 - 14/02/2025
