Good buying experience, but order arrived missing key items
I've purchased SmallRig products through third-party retailers before, but this was my first time ordering directly from SmallRig.com. The purchasing process was seamless, and the shipment arrived relatively quickly. However, out of the three items ordered (the 3646B Teleprompter, 12" 15mm carbon fiber rods, and a baseplate), the rods were missing from the package. Because the rods are required to mount the teleprompter and baseplate together, the rest of the gear is currently unusable until customer support can resolve this and send the missing parts.
