Staff member Jovie, did a commendable job in dealing with the issue of a malfunctioning charger for the lithium battery in the golf cart. He quickly reviewed the pictures and information and replaced the old charger without any hesitation. He was a joy to work with and very understanding. If I ever have another issue, he is the person handle the problem. Thanks Jovie.
