Started out good, but going downhill!
I am sorry, but I have been a long-time customer of PandaRemit and was generally happy with the service. But the last two transfers (still not completed) have left a bad taste in my mouth. Although the partner bank has accepted the money, it has not been deposited into my account. The support is below average, and it is pretty impossible to chat with a live agent. I am willing to give Panda Remit another chance, but they must rectify the issues and provide reliable, timely support.
