They got the character's name wrong…
The company got the character's name wrong on my Fix It Felix, Jr. costume. If you look closely at their product image with the name patch, you'll see the name is "Felle" instead of "Felix". I purchased the costume without inspecting the images with a magnifying lens and was very disappointed when I pulled the shirt out of the box. Assuming it was a mistake, I contacted the company and asked them to send a new shirt with the correct name on the patch. They refused, telling me that what they sent was exactly what was pictured. Yes, that's true, I wrote back, but the whole point of their business is to create outfits that match those of the characters. If a character named Fix It Felix, Jr. has a patch that says "Felix" in the movie, then their outfit should say "Felix", not "Felle". Unfortunately, the company's customer service did not care and did not offer to help me in any way. So now I have an expensive, embarrassing Fix It Felle, Jr. costume. The rest of the costume fits well and seems well made. It's just ruined by the fact that they got a key piece of the costume wrong and would not fix the error. I will not be ordering from EZ Cosplay again.
