My order was missing as told by 1Outlets. They are offering a choice of replacement to be done asap or get a full refund. I have opted for the replacement by replying email on the same day of offer given. However, I received their funny reply on the following day. It mentioned that they have approved my request of asking for refund. What a joke! As stated in thier reply, my request of refund already approved, only wait for my side of issuer bank to update my account, after one week of waiting, my bank informed that no refund is in progress. I need to follow up again with 1Outlets team. I need to wait for another 3 days only 1Outlets sent me an reply that now only they approved my refund. It have take more than one month since my order placed. P/s: i am paying for DHL e-commerce instead of getting their free postage... But yet, the order is missing. I can't imagine how long i need to wait if i request of FOC shipping.
