I purchased a Honor 400 Pro and two Honor Majic 8 phones from Three Broadway store. Absolute rubbish company. Float offers to lure customers and refuse the promised offer once the device is purchase. My advice don't buy Honor especially from Three network. I have been requesting for a return pack to send my trade-in device. Have to remind Three and it's Ingram team 4 times as I have not received the pack to return device. Now Ingram / Three is sending me texts and emails that the trade-in offer will expire if device is not returned. Three Bradford played the trick by sending the wrong device details ( Sony Xperia Arc S ) for one of the trade-in phones as a result Ingram has refused cashback. A Big scam is what it is.
