Better than the opposition in Asia but still their website is a nightmare
For Asia they are much better than the opposition but their website is still a nightmare - filtering just does not work. For example, with certain filters on I had 40 properties on my list. The filters included Internet. When I turned the Internet filter off, the number reduced to 17 - it should have increased!

CHChina Highlights Train Ticket Service★★★★★
Quick to respond and mostly good
In general, the service is good, the prices fair and the staff very quick to get back. However, I did not find they were very proactive in suggesting alternatives or different ways to ensure we could get tickets at this very busy time of year. Frequently they could not get tickets or we ended up in different cabins and for me (a 75-year old) on an upper bunk!
