We purchased a Deku costume from them…
We purchased a Deku costume from them because their site listed a timeline so we felt confident that we would get it in time. During checkout they even have you provide measurements and a date when you need the item by so you think that would mean you would get a costume that fits correctly and comes on time. We even paid for express shipping to ensure delivery. Then we get an email after placing the order with a completely different timeline much longer than the original and after numerous emails to the company asking for updates and reminding them of when we needed the item they delivered it after the date we had needed it. So now we have spent $150 for a costume (plus more money buying a costume on Amazon a few days before the event) that we can't use because the event already passed and the costume doesn't even fit right and of course they don't allow returns because they claim the custom make it. Will never order from them again and just hope we can find someone else who wants to purchase it from us so we aren't out $150 for nothing.
